Some people just have it. I don’t mean looks [which Kristina does obviously]. But some people have that aura. That positive aura that makes you lift your chin and want. to. be. better. To make a difference in some way.

While pregnant with her second child, she has carried so many duties without a complaint. To name a few, she is

• An amazing wife.
• A God fearing Christian who serves at her local church.
• A wonderful mother of a 2 year old daughter and soon to be son.
• A health care worker.
• And the founder of a non-profit called Wahine Warriors.

She said that she heard and felt a pull from God to make a difference and she ran with it and has not looked back.

Wahine Warriors is an organization whose mission is to raise confidence and facilitate healing for girls and women in need, using surf therapy in a Christ – centered environment.

While visiting Jupiter, I was able to witness the photographs of the girls involved and seeing the smiles on their faces were priceless. Seeing how their faces lit up as they felt the surge of the wave pick them up and take them ashore, it was like watching their struggles and doubts wash away and in turn a growth in self confidence.

I am not sure if Kristina understands the impact that she is making on lives that she touches. Not only those involved in her organization, but anyone she meets. She is setting herself to be a perfect role model for her own daughter, nieces, and any woman – that you can do anything with Christ.
