I was going through my older work and stumbled upon this gem.

This engagement shoot is one that is truly near and dear to my heart.

This couple is not only one of my favorite couples in the world, but this engagement shoot – til this day – is so special to me. This was the opportunity where I learned so much about photography and myself.

I learned to work with the environment – no matter the circumstances and truly enjoyed the realness of the shots.

It was a point where I realized that “Hey. I CAN do this.” 

All the self doubt over the years started to melt after this session. No more of the “its just a hobby” or “I don’t think I’m good enough” excuse.

So thank you Will & Taylor for entrusting me and allowing me to tag along on your special & spontaneous wedding day a little over a year ago.

These photos will always be a favorite of mine because they are a reminder of how you guys gave me the confidence to push on and actually pursue a love so real to me – even though I didn’t know how real it was before this day.

You guys are the coolest. Love you both so much!
