The Grand Hotel Point Clear | Fairhope, AL

I have to say. This wedding was an all-time favorite. Why? Because Paige and Alex were way ahead of the Covid curve. Everyone in 2020 is being forced to have smaller intimate weddings while Paige and Alex opted for a smaller intimate wedding from the get-go! Their original date was April 1st on a Wednesday to be wed at The beautiful Grand Hotel Point Clear but of course, this is 2020 and they were forced to cancel.

So what did they do instead? They got married in the comfort of their new home with their beloved immediate family on their original date in April. And come September, they had their formal ceremony and reception. Guys, I got to photograph this stunning husband and wife alongside 5 guests. FIVE. Six including me! This was by far, the most intimate wedding I’ve ever shot and led to time to create beautiful photos of a laid back husband and wife at one of my favorite venues. Talk about dream!

Paige and Alex, I can’t thank you guys enough for inviting me along and treating me as if I’ve known you and your family for years. It was such an honor and was hands down, one of the best weddings I’ve ever shot. Definitely didn’t feel like work! Thanks again and I hope to see you both in the future! Congratulations again!
